Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns can be made by calling the office or emailing shilbottlecoalcompany@gmail.com to arrange an exchange for new fuel or a refund.

Where goods are returned or refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return, we reserve the right to pass on FULL uplift charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
